Boiler breakdown heater plan
Boiler breakdown temporary electric heater plan
Plan temporary electric heaters during a boiler failure without filling every socket and overloading a circuit.
Safety boundary: this guide is for early planning only. It does not inspect hidden wiring, sign off an installation or replace a competent electrician.
Prioritise rooms first
In a cold building, the temptation is to put heaters wherever there is a socket. Start with the rooms that must stay usable, then check the load.
Check supply before delivery
Use heater count, circuit mapping and breaker triage before ordering or hiring several units. If the plan needs 16 A or 32 A supply, confirm it before the heaters arrive.
Keep a handoff note
The setup assistant and hire brief builder create copyable messages with the supply assumptions, equipment input watts and red flags for the supplier, landlord or electrician.
Equipment next step: if the load plan is realistic, compare temporary electric heater options and keep the calculation trail with your site notes.
